Hola a todos...
Today I've woken up for the 3rd week running with pain in my shoulders. I've been super careful recently not to do anything to aggravate the tendonitis that pains me so. Tried the doc's but they just want to give me ibruprofen and see you later. I am do some stuff in the hydrotherapy pool at Marismas to see if I can aleviate the pain.
I'm missing my surfing and want to get into the water soon, But I don't want any recurrence of these injuries.
Does anybody have any ideas/ suggestions that may help
Sorry for not writing in spanish but I just don't have the words for this
